I wanted to like this. The core feature failed on my real data twice and support took four days to respond with a generic answer. For a tool that sells itself on reliability that is not good enough. Cannot recommend at any tier right now.
It is fine, with caveats. the main workflow works but the secondary features feel unfinished. Exports occasionally time out on larger sets and the team has acknowledged it is a known issue. Keeping it, but keeping an eye on it.
